We are thrilled to introduce Mrs. Adyani Windahandini as the Head of School for The Learning Ladder Academy. Mrs. Winda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our community, underpinned by a Master of Education from Murdoch University in Australia and studies in International Marketing from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom. Her extensive teaching career spans all levels, from early years to secondary education.

Previously, I served as the Vice Principal and DP Coordinator in Jakarta, followed by five years as the PYP Coordinator at an international school in Surabaya. My experience spans various educational methodologies, including the Reggio Emilia approach, IBPYP, and IBDP
